..Yea but unlike the ps3, cod4 dont keep coming up with 'downloading game settings' and nothing else, just stuck on that! (I even left it for 45mins) hense the reason Ive not been online....you dont ever really get problems with the xbox online so I guess like they say you pay for quality..

dont mean to be a hater but the ps3 is really p***ing me off right now with not letting me connect to cod4..anyone else getting the same problem by any chance?

Xbox has pretty much been my 'plan B' for playing cod4 at the mo.

Its worth the buy, plus the xbox elite is under £200 and thats HDMI ready so you dont really lose much of the picture quality.

and i very nearly did buy one the other day...

but then once i bought the wireless adapter and headset etc... i would end up costing just as much as my PS3, if not more...

so ive now decided not too and wait for sony to finally roll out Home etc to bring us a better online service

i heard you say there are no problems with xbox live, my friend has an xbox and he said the service goes down all the time. last christmas there was major problems with the service. also xbox 360 break down a lot.
